CANCELLATION
/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY
Wellsprings spa requires 24 hour notice of cancellation
prior to the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments
are subject to a fee of 25% of the service charge.
Saturday Bookings: Cancellations require 72 hours
notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Missed
appointments are subject to a fee of 70% of the
service charge. 10-15% gratuity on all spa packages.
